We celebrated Christmas on Dec 19 with my mom's side of the family. Gracie did pretty well. She got to see my cousins that she doesn't get to see often and she loved being center of attention.
Opening some presents

I think her favorite was the little chair that her Great-Grandpa bought her.

The next morning, Gracie and Aeden were all dressed up in their Christmas outfits for church.

That evening, she was a camel in the Christmas program. She was so funny. At our church, they have little holders in each pew and each holder has two pens. Gracie loves playing with the pens. She kept walking over to the nearest pew, but she couldn't get her hands out to grab the pens. The next thing we know, she is bent over and trying to get them with her mouth

Gracie didn't feel so hot the days leading up to Christmas and we ended up having to take her to the doctor on Christmas Eve. She was diagnosed with a double ear infection and pink eye. Poor baby! We got all her meds and headed out to Mom and Dad's to have our Christmas with them, Todd, Sarah and Aeden. It was a rough day for Gracie but she tried to hang in!
Giving Grandma hugs
Grandpa had taught Gracie how to unwrap presents in the weeks leading up to Christmas. It backfired when she wanted to open all the presents, even the ones that weren't hers. Interesting enough, she didn't really want to open her presents when it was time to do so!
Playing with Grandpa. (I think he was trying to distract her from opening the big present so she wouldn't get in trouble!)
Sitting with Uncle Todd, waiting to open presents
It took forever to get her to open her presents. And once she opened her baby doll, it got even harder! She wouldn't put her doll down. :-)

This pretty much sums up Gracie's day! LOL
You will notice that there are no pictures of Gracie at our house Christmas morning. We have some video of her and it's not pretty. :-) Poor thing was so sick that morning that she didn't want anything to do with more presents. I think the only time she perked up was when she opened her Dora backpack. Here's to a more healthy 2010!! :-)
