Sweet Potatoes

The pedi said we could introduce a new food every few days and I let Nick pick her first "real" food (other than rice cereal). He picked sweet potatoes. I had decided to make Gracie's food, so I stopped at Kroger and bought a few sweet potatoes. Could not be more simple... bake the sweet potato, take off the skin, throw it in the Magic Bullet with a little water, then freeze in ice cube trays. The Gerber sweet potatoes cost .50/serving. The sweet potatoes I bought cost $1.58 (for two of them) and it made 15 servings! Here are a few pictures of her first taste of sweet potatoes:

It looks like she hates them, but after she swallowed, she'd lean forward with her mouth open wanting more!
