Tumbling Class

Gracie and I have been taking a "mommy and me" tumbling class since February. Since Nick is on Spring Break this week, he came with us. He did all the activities with Gracie so I could take some pictures.

Doing her stretches with Daddy and Ms. Sherry
Doing "donkey kicks" with Daddy's help
Gracie climbing on the mats
Gracie running across the floor to her favorite thing: the tumble track
Gracie running down the tumble track
on the tumble track
Sliding off the tumble track
Trying to jump on the trampoline
When we started, she had no idea what it meant to jump. Now, she will bend her legs, throw her arms in the air and extend her legs up. But so far, she has not managed to get her feet off the ground. The instructor thinks it's the cutest thing ever and I have to agree. It's amazing to watch her learn!
I don't know what she's doing, but I thought it was a cute picture!
Walking on the balance beam with Daddy's help
Learning to do a front flip with Ms. Sherry and Daddy
Crawling through the tunnels

Gracie loves hanging from the bar. When she first started, she would let go of the bar as soon as she felt any weight on her arms. Now she is almost to the point of allowing us to let her go and having her hang there by herself.
